Onboarding

Hiring process

1. Application

Make sure your CV is up to date. Remember to include all the information that helps us understand your professional expectations.

2. Online survey

The information questionnaire lets you give us detailed information about your skills and professional expectations, complementing your CV.

3. Interview

You will take part in an interview conducted by HR recruiters, to explore your soft skills, your professional growth expectations and your alignment with our company values, and by an internal contact, to assess your technical skills.

4. Technical interview

If the first interview is successful, you will have a further interview with one of our internal contacts and take part in a challenge, putting yourself to the test and demonstrating your skills.

5. Interview with management

The final step of our selection process is an interview with the company's management.

6. Welcome on-boarding!

After receiving our feedback, the recruiter will guide you through the details of the offer. Once the offer is signed, our on-boarding experience will get you ready for Day 1 and you will be set to begin!
