AISS - AI based service management suite

The AISS – AI Based Service Management Suite project aims to evolve the AskMe Desk platform into a service-management suite natively enriched with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques, making the end-to-end digitalisation of service business processes accessible, fast and sustainable for businesses of every size, with particular attention to MSMEs.
In more detail, the project evolves the current AskMe Desk by transforming it into a cloud-native architecture of containerised microservices, powered by a multi-layered data lakehouse that ensures a continuous data flow to the algorithms; the platform is designed to be compliant by design with the GDPR, the EU Data Act and the EU AI Act, reducing the regulatory-compliance risks and costs for its users.
To achieve this goal, the consortium delivers:
- a containerised microservices and data lakehouse architecture that is elastic, scalable and compliant with the most recent EU regulations on AI and data management;
- RPA+ and Generative AI modules for the creation and continuous improvement of service workflows;
- advanced knowledge-base management features based on LLMs, NLP and Reinforcement Learning, so that corporate knowledge feeds and strengthens automation;
- hybrid AI/AL algorithms and meta-modelling for the analysis and optimisation of the entire service life cycle, with measurable impacts on operating costs, quality and productivity.
