The AD ASTRA project was aimed at the reorganisation of HR processes.
Through the introduction of the role of HR Temporary Manager, in the person of Angela Turturro, with 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources management and experience in large companies, Lascaux achieved the following benefits:
- Improved performance of each employee, thanks to initiatives aimed at developing the skills and motivation of its people;
- Improved ability of Lascaux to oversee Customer Satisfaction;
- Improved market perception of Lascaux, strengthening the company’s positioning as a magnet for ICT talent;
- Increased sense of belonging and empowerment among staff through targeted Employer relations actions.
