Agentic Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Agentic Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in directly developing and deploying AI agent systems and supporting engineering teams in building autonomous solutions, with a particular focus on agent architecture design and implementation, specifically for our AI automation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents from initial concept through production deployment
• Build agentic workflows, including multi-agent orchestration and tool integration for our AI platform to enterprise clients
• Support the development of agent strategies and monitor system performance objectives

Requirements

• Academic formation in software engineering or valuable experience in software engineering projects or deep expertise in coding
• Deep passion for coding

The following will be appreciated

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in software engineering for AI
• Experience with agent frameworks and LLM platforms
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI system presentations
• Analytical and system design skills
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Problem-solving capabilities and results-driven mindset in challenging fields
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Proficiency in Front-end Languages
