In 2021 we embarked on a challenging and ambitious journey to ensure that our Clients receive ever more secure software solutions and the management of data and information in line with the security requirements set out by the international standard ISO/IEC 27001.
To achieve this objective, we put in place an Information Security Management System designed to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the information that makes up the company’s information assets. Meeting these security and compliance needs required the identification and implementation of organisational, regulatory and technological measures, following a logic of preventing information security risk rather than merely managing it.
The outcome of our work and the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System we introduced are demonstrated today by our ISO/IEC 27001 certification, within the scope of “Development of software for commissioned and proprietary IT solutions. IT consulting and support for organisations in the field of Information Security”.
In 2023 we also achieved the integration of the ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 extensions into our ISO/IEC 27001 certification. The two extensions strengthen the Information Security Management System we have adopted and establish control objectives, rules and procedures for implementing appropriate measures to protect information stored in the Cloud.
Our information security certifications, evidence of our commitment to continuous improvement, add to another important result achieved earlier: ISO/IEC 9001 certification, attesting to compliance with the requirements for a Quality Management System capable of delivering products and services consistently in line with client expectations, in accordance with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
In 2025, this journey of growth and responsibility was further consolidated with ISO 14001 certification, evidence of the company’s commitment to environmental management, to reducing the impact of its activities and to adopting sustainable practices that are integrated into business processes and geared towards responsible, long-lasting development.

The Agile approach: Scrum, Kanban e XP for efficient teamwork
Some of the most widespread Agile methodologies include Scrum, Kanban and XP (eXtreme Programming). Scrum is particularly popular and involves the use of sprints, backlogs, daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives to encourage transparency, efficiency and collaboration within the team. Agile is widely used in software development, but it can also be applied in other sectors where flexibility, speed and adaptability are required when managing projects.
UX methodologies
To tackle, understand and reframe the complexity of business processes and functions, we have chosen to use the Design Thinking design method.
Design Thinking is the set of cognitive, strategic and practical processes through which the design of products, buildings and machinery is developed by creative design teams. A method for analysing and defining problems, prototyping solutions and testing them with end users.
Aware of the need to also deliver speed of execution, we have additionally decided to adopt an agile version of this process known as the “Double Diamond” (DD).
